RedBamboo are happy to accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas).
All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please include the purchase invoice that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly.
We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns.
If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can contact to us by emailing contact@redbamboostore.co.uk to get an exchange for same item.
Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your card.

We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
